		<description>No no. You got me wrong. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I'm not saying that there are many applications that you can use to tweak your internet. (They don't work anyway)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I'm just saying that this tweak will not give any performance gains, if you are NOT using QoS aware softwares together with your other softwares such as web browser, email client etc. I heard that Windows Update is one such QoS aware software, though I cannot confirm it.</description>

If there aren't QoS aware applications running, you will be given the full bandwidth anyway.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;This tweak or hack will only remove that reservation so that when QoS aware applications are executed, they will be treated the same way as Non-QOS-aware apps.</description>
